As one of the important activities of the exhibition, The 2nd Fermented Food and Functional Food Forum was successfully held on September 18, 2025. Hosted by the China National Research Institute of Food and Fermentation Industries, the forum centered on "Functional Nutrition + Microbial Technology + Consumption Innovation", focusing on the cutting-edge applications and future trends of fermented food in the field of health and nutrition.
